Brief - “We need this forgotten space modernised and brought back to life”
Following on from the brief, we got to work with stripping out the flooring, doors, moveable wall, suspended ceiling as well as stripping all of the wallpaper off. From our blank canvas, we were then able to start from scratch with the space, by laying new screed and flooring and installing a new modern system for the moveable walls. New fire doors were installed to conform with modern building regulations and new lighting was installed throughout. We then ensured that a new utility space with storage and cleaning facilities were put in as well as a new full height storage wall. Finishing touches included new blinds and a full redecoration to create the final finish.
