Project Brief - 'We want this to be the busiest and most vibrant bar in town'
We were delighted to be able to work on this project in collaboration with North Brewing Company in the prestigious location of 1 Snow Hill, Birmingham. We wanted to bring to life North Brewing's first bar outside of their home town of Leeds, a space which would be brimming with social interaction and clever acoustics. The project has now been completed with 3000 sq ft of new drinking and eating space, for North Brewing to showcase their many different types of real ales. The use of responsibly sourced timber and warm colours and lights really has created an eye catching finish. Along with this, the new kitchen provides a fantastic array of food, including many vegan meals. With North Brewing wanting to expand throughout the UK, it has been a great opportunity to showcase what we could do. There have been challenges at times working in a live environment and trying to keep all stakeholders happy but I think the project has been a real success, as everyone is delighted with the end result.
