Brief – “How do we use the character of the building, to create a 21st century office? ”
We were delighted to be able to work on this project located in the Jewellery Quarter, Birmingham. Our client tasked us with transforming this old building and bringing it back into the 21st century, creating an open plan space that felt fresh and vibrant.
We worked hard to renovate the space with new lighting, decorations, flooring and a kitchenette area and by using the natural light, some great colours and a clever lighting scheme, coupled with the bare brickwork, we achieved a fantastic end result which the client was really pleased with. An upgrade of the Mechanical and electrics in the space, helped make sure they were working efficiently, in line with current regulations.
