Brief - “We haven’t done any work to this office since we’ve moved in. Please bring it back to life!”
SH Projects were tasked with reviving this office based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre, to transform it into a functional yet at the same time aesthetically pleasing workplace. We knew that stripping out the old carpets and decorating could instantly change the look and feel of the space so we set to work. The job was made slightly more challenging by the fact that we were working in a live environment and therefore it was imperative for our team to ensure that we were keeping both noise and dust to a minimum.
The office was a fast track fitout, spanning over just a two week programme which meant keeping everyone on track and the schedule was an important part of this project. We were kept on our toes with limited space to store materials and we had to make sure everything was delivered just in time ready for fitting in order to maintain progress on site, and with this the guys were able to ensure the project ran smoothly at all times.
The end result was a transformed office space and a delighted client, who have since recommended SH Projects to some of their clients too.
